KIDSPACE
has confirmed itself as one of the best play centres around after winning three
prestigious awards.
The
indoor adventure park scooped a Gold, Silver and Bronze at the PPA [Play
Providers’ Association] Aspire Awards 2012 last Wednesday (September 19th)
at Drayton Manor.
Kidspace
Romford won the title of Best Site Over 15,000sqft, for which its sister venue
in Croydon picked up the silver medal.
Romford
also scooped the bronze award in the Best Food and Beverage category.
The
PPA is the industry body which represents more than 175 play operators in the
UK, aiming to raise standards and promote the indoor play sector.
The
awards are held annually to recognise excellence in a number of areas, and Kidspace was announced a
worthy winner following a visit by a mystery shopper combined with the judges’
average score.
Kidspace
owners Richard Farley and Nick de Candole said: “Our aim is to provide the best
indoor adventure playgrounds for people to enjoy, and we are delighted to be
recognised for doing just that.
“This
is the fourth consecutive year that we have been honoured at the PPA Aspire
Awards and we are extremely proud of our fantastic team at Kidspace for what
they have achieved.”
